  • Social Media Strategy: Developed and executed a social media content strategy that was deployed across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This targeted approach ensured each platform was utilised effectively according to its unique strengths, resulting in a broad reach and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Campaign Development: Conceived and led the "Call That Unique" campaign, showcasing the one-of-a-kind experiences provided by Merlin Entertainment Venues. This strategic approach resulted in increased visibility and bookings for the venues, successfully meeting client objectives.

  • Brand Voice Design: Created an engaging, informative, and enthusiastic brand voice to capture audience attention and convey the excitement and uniqueness of each venue. This strengthened the overall campaign narrative and boosted engagement levels.

  • Adaptable Messaging: Navigated varied and sensitive PR scenarios with adaptable messaging, ensuring campaign continuity and resonance with the audience in different contexts.

  • Cross-Promotion Strategy: Successfully incorporated cross-promotion with Merlin's Magic Wand charity, generating goodwill and demonstrating corporate social responsibility. This helped strengthen the brand image and boosted overall campaign effectiveness.

  • LinkedIn Advertising: Executed a targeted LinkedIn advertising campaign, focusing specifically on event planners in the UK event industry. Utilised LinkedIn's robust targeting capabilities to reach a precise audience, contributing significantly to the overall increase in engagement and conversions. This campaign resulted in a higher number of enquiries and bookings, driving the success of the "Call That Unique" campaign.

  • Image Sourcing: Procured high-quality imagery that significantly enhanced the overall look and feel of the social media presence, thereby helping to increase engagement.

THE RESULTS

  • Outstanding Ad Performance: Our targeted LinkedIn adverts surpassed industry standards and exceeded campaign predictions, achieving an above-average click-through rate (CTR). This achievement underscores the precision of our targeting strategy and the compelling nature of our ad content.

  • Engagement Maintenance: Despite an ambitious increase in the number of posts sent across Facebook, engagement levels were sustainably maintained, showcasing the consistent audience interest in the content shared.

    Impression Sustenance: Impressions, a key indicator of visibility, amounted to 51,363 on Facebook, ensuring the brand and its offerings stayed visible and top of mind.

    Page Reach: The content created and shared reached 47,958 unique Facebook users, highlighting the successful spread of the brand message to a broad audience.

    LinkedIn Growth: Impressions on LinkedIn saw an upturn of 9.53%, pointing towards an enhanced visibility in this professional network. The proactive strategy of increasing the number of posts by 325% certainly played a key role in this achievement.

    Steady Follower Growth: Even as the frequency of media sent on Instagram increased, the follower count continued to grow, rising by 0.29% from the previous period. This represents the continuous interest and growth of our community on this platform.

    Consistent Engagement: Engagement on LinkedIn stood resilient with a negligible decrease of 1.12%, indicating consistent audience interaction and interest in the content shared, in spite of a substantial increase in posts.
