Role: Social Media Consultant
Responsibilities and Achievements:
Digital Strategy Development: In a collaborative effort with senior team members, I played a pivotal role in shaping and executing a digital social strategy that amplified brand presence across the UK, USA, and AUS markets. I was responsible for the meticulous management of various content across multiple social media platforms, orchestrating end-to-end processes to maximise audience reach and interaction.
Content Production & Direction: I co-spearheaded the content production efforts, focusing on the creation and dissemination of short-form video content for the US market, with an emphasis on paid media strategies that targeted a boost in revenue, heightened brand awareness, and expanded viewer base in anticipation of product launches. My role involved driving the content direction and ensuring the execution aligned with strategic marketing goals.
Campaign and Content Management: I was invovled in the ideation and implementation of digital-first initiatives tailored to key holiday events, overseeing the progression from concept brainstorming to the execution of "social first" series and campaigns. My efforts were critical in supporting the content calendar's ideation and management, ensuring a steady flow of fresh and engaging content.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborated across departments to brainstorm and execute cohesive 360° marketing campaigns, integrating marketing and publicity efforts. My collaborative approach was successful in developing content pillars and directing the production of high-quality video and photographic content.
Analytics and Industry Expertise: My analytical acumen allowed me to deliver insightful performance reports, translating data into strategic recommendations that propelled B2C acquisitions and improved traffic and efficiency.
