Brief Description: As the primary social media marketer for Central Hall Venues, my responsibilities spanned an array of essential tasks. I commenced with a comprehensive social media audit to assess the existing content, audience engagement, and demographic details. Leveraging these insights, I developed a nuanced social media strategy, tailored to each platform's distinct audience preferences. I crafted engaging narratives ranging from shorter, casual Instagram posts to longer, professional discourses for LinkedIn, reflecting versatility in tone. In addition to generating creative content, I promoted specific events such as the BNC Event Show, emphasising Central Hall Venues' unique features.

I also consistently analysed post performance, making strategic adjustments based on engagement data to maximise the campaign's effectiveness.

  • Campaign Development: Led the campaign, highlighting the distinct characteristics of Central Hall Venues. This strategic direction not only increased the visibility of the venues but also enhanced bookings, effectively achieving client objectives.

  • Brand Voice Design: Developed a brand voice that was both engaging and professional, encapsulating the prestigious and historic charm of the venues. This voice served to resonate with event professionals and businesses looking for unique venue solutions, driving higher engagement levels.

  • Content Creation: Created a multitude of social media content tailored to the distinctive audience preferences on each platform. From shorter, more casual posts for Instagram to longer, professional narratives for LinkedIn, the content generated was as versatile as it was engaging.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analysed the performance of the posts and the engagement they received. This ongoing analysis was instrumental in making necessary adjustments to the strategy, thus continually improving the effectiveness of the campaign.

THE RESULTS

  • Enhanced Visibility: Through strategic content approach and targeted outreach, we managed to significantly boost impressions for Central Hall Venues (CHV) on Facebook. The impressions increased by 17.4% to 46,409, enhancing the brand's visibility.

  • Boosted Engagement: Our strategic content approach and targeted outreach across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn led to a significant increase in audience engagement. On Facebook, we saw an 11.7% increase in engagements and a remarkable 35.3% increase in the engagement rate per impression. On Instagram, our follower count grew to 144, and on LinkedIn, we facilitated 191 meaningful interactions.

  • Growth in Impressions: Our efforts resulted in a substantial boost in impressions across all platforms. On Facebook, impressions increased by 17.4%, and on LinkedIn, despite a slight decrease in total impressions, we saw a 64.7% increase due to our proactive strategy and data-driven insights.

  • Increased Click-Through Rates: Our compelling ad content and effective call-to-actions led to a surge in post link clicks. On Facebook, we saw a 129.4% increase, and on LinkedIn, we encouraged 131 clicks, indicating heightened audience interest.

  • Consistent Posting and Follower Growth: Our consistency in posting and emphasis on brand identity led to a steady growth in followers and an active presence on Instagram with 1,032 posts. On LinkedIn, we saw a remarkable 33% rise in the number of posts sent.

  • Overall Success: Despite some fluctuations, our focus on quality content and engagement remained unwavering, contributing to the overall success of Central Hall Venues' social media presence. We demonstrated our expertise in delivering strategic content planning, driving audience engagement, and achieving meaningful growth across all platforms. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies, we successfully positioned CHV as a prominent player in the industry and fostered meaningful connections with their target audience.
