Project Title: 2022 UEFA Champions League Final Activations

Brief Description: For the 2022 UEFA Champions League activations, I spearheaded a social media campaign whilst in my role as Social Media Manager at Entourage Sport & Entertainment. This project involved conceptualising and executing a social media strategy to augment the reach of Entourage’s Talent UEFA Champions League activations. Key responsibilities included crafting & publishing high-quality visual content and creating content calendars for consistent audience engagement. The campaign's success solidified my skills in managing high-impact social media campaigns and coordinating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Project Briefing: I crafted detailed briefing documents for the photography and videography teams, outlining our objectives, stylistic preferences, and logistical details. As the main point of contact, I facilitated effective communication and coordination, ensuring everyone was aligned with the project's goals.

  • Social Media Strategy: I developed and implemented a comprehensive social media strategy to maximise our campaign's reach and impact. This involved defining our target audience, selecting the optimal platforms for engagement, and scheduling content for maximum reach.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: I collaborated closely with key stakeholders to source necessary materials and resources, facilitating the smooth execution of the campaign. This step involved excellent communication and negotiation skills to balance various needs and priorities.

  • Content Creation: Using my expertise in digital marketing, I created engaging, shareable content for our social media channels. This content was designed to resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and promote the Champions League activations.

  • Team Coordination: With team members spread across multiple time zones, effective coordination was crucial. I navigated this challenge by scheduling regular update meetings and using project management tools to ensure everyone stayed in the loop and tasks were completed on time.

  • Sourcing Creative Talent: Leveraging my industry contacts, I sought out and hired skilled videographer to help realise our vision for the campaign. This step was critical to ensuring we had the necessary talent on board to produce high-quality, engaging content.
